First time Dominican Republic Passport for naturalized citizens:
If you are a foreigner and have become a Dominican citizen, you must complete the following requirements in order to obtain your first Dominican Republic Passport:
• Naturalization certificate, issued by the Secretary of State of the Interior and Police (in a sealed envelope).
• Identity card and voting coupon, plus 1 (one) copy of each.
• Identity card and voting coupon of a parent, plus 1 (one) copy of each (minors).
• Three 2x2 photographs, white background, with the forehead and ears visible and the shoulders covered. No teeth, jewelry or eye-glasses must be seen.
• Payment receipt from the Banco de Reservas, plus 1 (one) copy.
• An original, legal birth certificate extract, released no more than year before.
• A copy of the first page of the passport, with the photograph, from the country of origin.
• A copy of the page from the Official Gazette where the naturalization of the interested party has been reported, or else of the Decree where he/ she has been declared a Dominican citizen.
• The documents for minors must be deposited by one of his/ her parents, legal guardian or legal representative in the presence of the child (minors).
• To pick up the passport, present the original form and the delivery slip. If you are picking up a passport for a minor, the minor must also be present. This applies only to minors 10 years old or above.
• Beginning at the age of ten years, the finger prints and signature will be taken (minors).

Requirements to Obtain a Panama Second Passport (it is not a Citizenship, only a travel document)
Certification by National Bank Panama that confirms that the applicant receives a minimum monthly income of US$850 from the interests earned by the time deposit.
Good health certificate that indicated that the applicant do not suffer any disease, including HIV
Two photocopies of passport or document valid for travel
Certificate of good conduct or policive record

Fees for Primary Applicant:
Legal Fee - Processing of Panama Passport: 5000.00 Euro

Required Documents (for Immigration processing):
1. Photocopy of valid passport of the applicant, including the picture page (that shows the picture, name, date of birth, passport number, place of issue, etc.), and all pages showing entry/exit stamps (all pages used in the passport).
2. Original Police record of the applicant, from the place of residence, duly notarized and authenticated by the Panamanian Consulate nearest you.
3. Original Birth Certificate of the applicant, duly notarized and authenticated by the Panamanian Consulate nearest you.
4. Original Marriage Certificate for the applicant (if applicable), duly notarized and authenticated by the Panamanian Consulate nearest you.
5. Six (6) passport sized photographs of the applicant.
6. Certificate of Good Health, issued by a licensed Panamanian hospital or clinic, signed by a registered, licensed physician, indicating that the applicant has no contagious diseases and is in good mental and physical condition. This must be done during your initial visit to Panama.

2. Two Original Financial Reference Letters: These can be from any bank, brokerage firm, or credit union. They should be on the financial institutions letterhead, signed by a representative of the financial institution, and show the contact information (address, tel, fax, email, etc.) for the reference to be verified. 3. Two Original Commercial Reference Letters: These can be from any company or professional (a company, attorney, accountant, etc.). They should be on the company or professionals letterhead, signed by a representative of the company (or the professional), and show the contact information (address, tel, fax, email, etc.) for the reference to be verified. 4. Two Original Personal Reference Letters: These can be from any person that you know (a friend, family member, doctor, lawyer, accountant, etc.).
