OPM SECURITY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ORDERS
OPM Security will accept orders via our online order form, 007 Email or regular e-mail.  Orders will not be processed until payment is received and cleared.  By placing an order, the buyer represents that he/she is of legal age to receive the service or equipment ordered and that the service or equipment will only be used in a legal and lawful manner in accordance with all applicable international and local laws and regulations. Cancelled orders are subject to a 25% Order Cancellation Fee.  Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.  OPM Security does not accept COD orders. International buyers are wholly responsible for any import licensing requirements, custom duties, and import restrictions.  It is the international buyers responsibility to ascertain destination country laws, regulations, and customs prior to ordering.

PAYMENT
Payment may be made by money order, wire transfer, Western Union and for certain services and products by Credit Card.  Payment for all international orders must be payable in Euro or USD.  Do not send cash with your order as OPM Security cannot be responsible for cash payments made through the mail. Please check the How to Pay page in the site.

SHIPPING
Shipping Fees are included in all Items to Europe, USA, Caribbean and Latin America, please quote extra fees for different destinations  All orders of in-stock items are shipped via courier or EMS.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.  The method of shipment is at the discretion of the seller.  Expedited shipping is available at additional cost.  It is the buyer's responsibility to check all received orders for damage prior to acceptance from the carrier as any products or equipment damaged in transit is the responsibility of the carrier and a claim for damaged products or equipment should be filed with the carrier.  Any delay in filing a claim with the carrier may result in a loss to the buyer. Our responsibility for products or equipment ceases when the shipment of said products or equipment leaves our facility.
NOTE:  All orders are shipped 'Signature Required'.  Signature cards on file are not acceptable.

RETURNS
Due to the nature of the products and equipment that we offer, all sales are final. All returns (including service returns) must have a return authorization number (request by email) and any non-service returns authorized by OPM Security are subject to a  25% restocking charge.  Shipping is non-refundable. Any returns sent without a return authorization number will be refused. A copy of the buyer's original receipt must accompany all returns and all returns must be in the same condition as when shipped and must be complete (i.e. original product box, product packing, product manual, power supply, etc.).

WARRANTIES
OPM Security does not provide a warranty, express, implied, or otherwise on any of the products or equipment that we offer.  All product warranties are those of the manufacturers.  If a buyer receives a defective item, we will replace or repair that item at our discretion during the warranty period provided said defective item is returned (shipping prepaid by purchaser) complete (i.e. original product box, product packing, product manual, power supply, etc.), or the original manufacturer will replace or repair that item during the warranty period.  If an item fails during the warranty period, the buyer should contact the manufacturer.  Built-to-order items are not returnable for refund or exchange.  Defective built-to-order items will be repaired if failure occurs during the warranty period, and the failure is not the result of purchaser abuse, misuse, unintended use, erroneous voltage, modification, or any other act not specifically covered.  None of the products that we offer are covered by any warranty, express or implied, if the purchaser does not use the recommended power supply. Warranty coverage does not extend to any product or equipment that fails as a result of purchaser abuse, misuse, unintended use, erroneous voltage, modification, acts of God, or any other act not specifically stated.

LEGAL STATUS
It is the responsibility of the buyer, not OPM Security, to determine the legality and conform to all international and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, possession, and/or use of the products and equipment that we offer. By placing an order with OPM Security, the buyer represents that he/she is of legal age to receive the products/equipment ordered and that the products or equipment will only be used in a legal and lawful manner in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any liability and/or damage resulting from the misuse and/or unlawful use of any of the products or equipment that we offer is that of the buyer, not OPM Security.
Furthermore, by submitting an order to OPM Security, the buyer does hereby unconditionally stipulate:
1. That he/she/it is unconditionally bound by the Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
2. That he/she/it is entering into a legal and lawfully binding purchase contract and said buyer does further agree to pay for all items ordered, shipping costs associated with order, contract enforcement administrative costs, contract enforcement legal fees, contract enforcement collection fees, and chargeback research/response fees.  In addition, buyer also agrees to pay all aforementioned costs/fees/charges in the event that said buyer refuses shipment, fails to pick-up shipment from the carrier, or obtains a credit card chargeback.
3. That the jurisdiction and venue for any legal action on behalf of or against OPM Security will be located in Panama, Republic of Panama.
Buyer further stipulates that he/she/it consents to the recording of any telephone communication from or to OPM Security for quality assurance, order clarification, and/or dispute resolution purposes.

TAXES
The buyer agrees to pay all applicable taxes in his/her Country.
 
POLICY
OPM Security reserves the right under its product improvement policy to change construction and/or design detail (as made by the manufacturer) of the products reflected in this online catalog and to furnish products when so altered without reference to specifications used herein. Furthermore, OPM Security assumes no liability associated with the use of products/equipment contained herein, nor is OPM Security liable for any losses, damages, or costs of any kind arising from the use, suitability, or function of the products or equipment contained herein.  OPM Security is not responsible for typographical or printing errors.  All orders are subject to approval and acceptance by OPM Security Acceptance of any order is not represented until said order is shipped.  The right to refuse any order is reserved by OPM Security The submittal of an order, by the buyer, represents said buyer's agreement to and with all of the Terms and Conditions of OPM Security.
