All you have to do is configure the format of the conversations you want to save onto a hard disc. To do this, click on the “Change format” key in the “Save” tab. Then, in the following screen, click “Format”; there, you can choose the option “MPEG Layer 3”, which is none other than the well-known MP3 format.
